Introduction to Hebrews...Pressing On!

Hi Ladies,
What a great first class...

I loved the short one sentence getting to know you blurbs...you each became animated with those run on sentences and made getting to know you fun and informative.  I love each and every one of you already. Did you notice the age ranges we had in class?  We have lots to learn from each other.

Wow, Cathy, you outdid yourself with the fabulous INTRODUCTION to Hebrews.

I can't wait to come each week and experience this journey.  I think it's too late for me NOT to grow mildew but maybe I can shed some of the green stuff that is holding me back.  I do want to live in the Presence of Jesus, every day in every way. You said it is possible!  Power-Confession-Love-Forgiveness-Hope-Inner Peace...these can be ours right now?  Let's take this amazing journey together and learn to KNOW GOD in an increasing level of intimacy from day to day!

Thank all of you who brought goodies and signed up for bringing them in the future.  Yum, it was great.  I promised to give my recipe for the "Pull Apart" and you will find it at the bottom of the this blog.

Remember to read the first chapter of Hebrews if possible.

Recipe:  Pull Apart
Who would think you could be this organized so early in the morning.

20 Frozen Dough Rolls
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Vanilla Instant Pudding
1-2 TBSP. Cinnamon
3/4 Cup Raisins (Optional)
1/4-1/2 Cup Melted Butter

Before you put the cat out and turn off the lights, grease a 10' bundt pan and add frozen rolls.  Sprinkle with brown sugar, pudding powder, cinnamon and raisins.  Pour melted butter over all.  Cover with a clean, damp cloth.  (Leave out at room temperature).  Turn out the lights and say goodnight.

In the morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.  Let sit for 5 minutes and then turn out on a serving plate. Impress and Enjoy!

See you next Tuesday, Meribeth
